Florence Canonoy is a womenswear designer with over five years of industry experience, currently working as an Associate Designer at Retrofête. Her previous experience includes roles as a Designer and Bespoke Suit Fit Specialist at The Tailory New York and Assistant Designer and Production Assistant at Mi Jong Lee. Her expertise spans ready-to-wear soft wovens, knitwear, tailoring, and garment development.

Florence holds a BFA in Fashion Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In 2018, she was named a finalist for the CFDA Scholarship Program, recognizing her creative vision and innovative approach to design.
