SILHOUTTE AND DRAPE STUDY

Taffeta group inspired by Emanuel Ungaro’s silhouettes in the 1980s. The group exemplifies the exploration of the structure of taffeta fabric, exaggerated volume and the feminine form. The designs focus on sculptural, dramatic silhouettes, imperfect ruching, asymmetrical proportions with expressive shapes while maintaining the definition of the body.

CUSTOM ROSE CLUSTER BROCADE

Custom developed Rose Cluster Brocade inspired by vintage florals and the sculptural forms of roses. The development explored layered floral motifs, scale, and dimensional jacquard textures, incorporating metallic lurex highlights to create depth and contrast.
