Florence plays an integral role in the design and development of Retrofête’s seasonal collections, collaborating closely with the Creative and Design Directors from initial concept through final execution. Her work focuses on translating seasonal inspiration and creative direction into cohesive designs across soft wovens, tailoring, and knitwear. This includes exploring print inspiration and translating original motifs and artwork across different fabrics and techniques. Through silhouette exploration, detailed sketches, print and fabric development, and technical design, she brings each concept from initial vision to finished garment.
